Great little vintage skirt- the perfect neutral navy blue color in linen, with a flattering pencil style, and the kind of details only found in vintage...like the wrap style front, closed with 4 plastic mop buttons, and the lining of blue and white polka dots in polished cotton.

The vintage skirt  has a " Rattet & Sons, Boston" label; Has an original hang tag stating the content is Linen- unconditionally guaranteed! It is so adorable!
This came out of a fab estate collection of vintage designer, mostly 1950's to 1970's.
